Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and knead a soft dough with water.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 1 hour.

Dry roast coriander seeds and jeera and roughly grind.

Mix the roughly grind powder with chopped onion and green coriander.

Divide the dough into 8 parts. Take one part and make a small ball.

Press the ball into coriander jeera onion mixture

Keep the topping side down and roll the ball into chapati shape.

Apply water on the top of the chapati and transfer the chapati on hot tawa (keep the water applied side on tawa).

Turn the tawa down and cook the chapati direct in flame until brown spots appears.

Now remove the chapati from tawa and apply ghee on top.

Serve it with any curry or dal and enjoy.
