In a clean large bowl break the egg and beat it add the milk and turn the mixture add sugar, salt and baking powder continue mixing preferably with a whisk

In another bowl sieve the flour and add the flour gradually into mixture mix well until you get a batter which has a running Consistancy but a little bit thick.

Put your non - stick frying pan on the stove and add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil until hot.

Pour 2 ladles of the batter into the pan fry both side until done

Fry till you exhaust the batter
