Take a big bowl, add curd, baking soda, baking powder and sugar. Mix it up until sugar dissolves.

Add maida and salt and knead it soft with water.

Cover it up and keep aside for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, divide the dough into 6 parts and make balls.

Take one ball flatten it and put some kalonji and chopped green coriander leaves and add some dry maida and roll it with rolling pin.(put kalonji side down)

Make a year shape chapati.

Heat tawa on medium high flame, put water on one side (back side of kalonji) and place it on tawa.

Let one side partly cooked, you will some bubbles on naan.

Now flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.

Gently scrap naan from tawa and apply butter or ghee.

Serve it with any curry.
