Add Cooksnap

1 box (16 ounce)elbow macaroni
Salt
Canola oil cooking spray
2 jarscheese wiz
1 (8 ounce)package Swiss cheese, cubed
1green pepper, chopped
1onion, chopped
1 jar (12 ounce)roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
4eggs
4 cupsmilk
1/8 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
1/4 teaspoonpaprika

Cooking Instructions

Cook macaroni in a large pot with lightly salted water, drain well and rinse in cold water, then pour macaroni into a large baking pan that has been sprayed with canola oil cooking spray……

Add in to macaroni your cheese wiz, Swiss cheese, green pepper, onion and roasted red peppers, stir gently……..

Whisk together in a large bowl your eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper, pour over mac and cheese, stir gently…….

Sprinkle your paprika all over …….

Bake, uncovered, in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour 45 minutes - 2 hours, stirring gently during baking to distribute cheeses ……. Your Mac & cheese will be lightly golden on top……
