Cheese Wet Mix
1 cupmilk
3/4 cupcooking cream
1 tspmustard
1egg
1sprinkle salt
1sprinkle pepper
Cheese Sauce
50 gmbutter
1/2 tspstarch
100 gmred cheddar
2large tsp cooked cheddar cheese

Mix milk, cream, egg, mustard, salt and pepper well

Boil the pasta
3

Put butter in cooking pan
4

Add wet mix slowly and starch then wait 2-3 minutes

Add red cheddar cheese and wait until it melts

Add cooked cheddar cheese

Add pasta and mix slowly
