Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh Tatashe
Fresh Shombo
Onion
Ginger
Garlic

Cut Tomatoes, Tatashe, Shombo, Onion, place in a baking tray, add ginger and garlic

Roast in the oven for 30mins on 350 degree F

Remove from oven and allow it cool down, once it's cool,

Blend and store in the freezer , you can use this base for Jollof Rice, stew or quick sauce
