Steps

Take a pan add 1tbs oil and fry diced onions and capsicum for 3 to 4 min then add paneer cubes and saute till light golden. Keep aside.

Take oil in a kadai add 1tsp cumin seeds and saute then add cloves, cardamom and bay leaves and saute for 2min then add grated onion and saute till raw smell goes. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add grated tomato and saute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,amchur powder, kasuri methi and garam masala.

Add 1 cup water and mix well. Curry should be thick consistency so check the water consistency. Add coriander leaves and serve.
