Large Birthday Cookie Cake with Chocolate and Custard (v.1)

Heat 4 1/4 cups skim milk (1 liter) in a pot over medium heat. Add the cocoa drink mix and stir over medium heat until the chocolate thickens. Set aside.
In another pot, heat 1 1/2 cups skim milk (360 milliliters). In a separate cup, dissolve the 2 packets of custard powder in the remaining 1 5/8 cups milk (390 milliliters), then add to the pot. Stir until thickened. Set aside. - 2
Brew coffee. In a bowl, combine 1 cup skim milk (240 milliliters) with the coffee. Add a splash of orange liqueur and stir.
Place a tray in front of you. Open the packages of cookies. For the first layer, dip a double layer of cookies in the milk and coffee mixture and arrange on the tray. Spread a layer of chocolate over the cookies. - 3
For the second layer, dip cookies in the milk and coffee mixture and arrange on top. Spread a layer of custard over the cookies. For the third layer, dip cookies and arrange on top, then spread with chocolate. For the fourth layer, dip a double layer of cookies and arrange on top, then spread with the remaining custard.

For the final layer, dip a double layer of cookies and arrange on top, then spread with the remaining chocolate. Refrigerate the cake. It's best to make the cake a day in advance. Decorate just before serving.
