Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make semi soft dough with hot water

Now add oil and knead for 2-3 minutes

Cover the dough for 5-10 means

Now take out a small portion from dough apply ghee and again knead for 1 minute

Divide into small balls

Roll the roti

Now cook the roti as shown in video from both the side and then cook on the direct flame

Now apply ghee and enjoy fulka roti!
