Chili Paneer With vegetables

Heat butter in a pan add paneer cubes and toss for 1-2 minutes

Now in a same pan heat olive oil add onion, chillies, ginger and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the capsicum, carrot, green beans, saute for another 1 min. (Don't over cook the vegetables)

Add soya sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and Schezwan sauce, mix and let it cook for 1 minutes.

Add salt, white pepper powder,red chili flakes. Mix it well.

Add the cornflour slurly. Mix well and let the sauce thicken (1 to 2 minutes)

Adjust the spices and more water if required. Add the paneer pieces and gently mix everything together.

Turn off the flame and transfer the Chilli paneer in a bowl..and serve it hot.
