Prove-less Pizza in 10 Minutes

I love pizza, and this is the result of me wishing I could make it quickly when I have a craving for it.

You can make it with either cake flour or bread flour, but when I used bread flour the dough was difficult to handle. I think you should make it with cake flour at first, and then when you get good at it you can switch to a combination of flours.

If you use baking powder, you can make it easily without proving. It tastes so good made fresh. Of course since you're not using yeast, if you don't eat it quickly it will begin to harden. If you're not going to eat it right away, after Step 2 or Step 3, wrap it up and store it in the freezer. You can use it without thawing. Recipe by cheese cheese
