Beat egg and sugar together in a bowl.

Than add oil and beat again.

Than add all the dry ingredients and mix. Than add water or milk and beat for a minute.

Now divide the batter into 3-4 portion and add different colours and essence in all and mix.

Now pour this mixture into cup cake moulds and cake for 20-25 minutes on 180°c.

Oven should be preheated for 10 minutes on 180°c.
