In a mixer put dal ginger green chilli and make a smooth paste.

Transfer it to a bowl add salt chilli powder coriander leaves.mix add water if needed.
The consitancy will be not too thick not too thin - 3
Heat tawa. spread dal mixture with spoon and put oil in sides on top put tomato and onion.

Cook from both side till crispy

Serve hot with chutney
