Steps

Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, soak in water, and drain in a colander.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes over high heat until golden.
- 3
Add the sausages and cover with a lid. Steam with the lid on over a high heat until the potatoes soften.
- 4
Combine the sauce ingredients, remove pan from heat, add the sauce, mix, and it's done.
