Peas stuffed Patties

Assemble all ingredients, mash boiled green peas and mashed potatoes.

In pan add oil, add cumin seeds + finely chopped green chilli + 1tsp ginger paste, sauté well then add mashed green peas. Then add all spices and fry well.

Let it cool, then add finely chopped onion, mix well and keep aside.

Make small size balls and keep aside. Filling is ready.

Add salt + bread crumbs + corn flour + finely chopped coriander leaves + finely chopped green chilli to mashed potato and mix well.

Make medium size balls, grease palms and start giving bowl shape to each potato balls. Then add the green peas filling right in the middle and cover / seal nicely all over and give shape of patties (flatten it gently)

Now make a slurry of maida + corn flour + salt + red chilli powder + 1/4 tsp garam masala + water, make a semi thin slurry.
Dip each patties in slurry and shallow fry till golden brown, fry the other side. - 8
Now patties is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with green Chutney / tomato sauce.
