In a pot, add milk, sugar and 1 tbsp cocoa powder let it cook on low to medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

Then in a small bowl, add 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp cocoa powder, and Nescafe vanilla wafer. Mix well until combined.

Pour the mixture on to boiling cocoa milk and let it cook for 2 minutes. When done. Serve hot and you may garnish it with Hersheys chocolate Syrup.
