Ingredients

  • Mince
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Chile
  • Thyme, garlic, origanum

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix mince with onion, shallot, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, chili, egg to bind

  2. 2

    Make round balls and then fry on medium heat

  3. 3

    Boil spaghetti

  4. 4

    Fry onion in another saucepan, add a bay leaf, add tomatoes and garlic and herbs.
