Ingredients

15 mins
1 serving
  1. 1instant ramen package (chicken broth)
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 clovegarlic (grated)
  4. 1 tspmiso paste
  5. 1 tbspkewpie mayo or regular mayo
  6. halfstalk green onion (optional/garnish)

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

Open up the ramen package and take out the seasoning packet.

  2. 2

In a bowl, combine the egg, garlic, miso paste, mayo and half the seasoning packet thoroughly.

  3. 3

Cook the ramen in the pot according to the instructions of the package (without the seasoning packet)

  4. 4

Put the cooked ramen in the bowl and pour some of the water into the bowl and mix. Depending on your taste, you may want to adjust the amount of water you want to pour into the bowl (this will make it a thicker/thinner soup)

  5. 5

Top with green onions if using.
