Cooking Instructions
- 1
Open up the ramen package and take out the seasoning packet.
- 2
In a bowl, combine the egg, garlic, miso paste, mayo and half the seasoning packet thoroughly.
- 3
Cook the ramen in the pot according to the instructions of the package (without the seasoning packet)
- 4
Put the cooked ramen in the bowl and pour some of the water into the bowl and mix. Depending on your taste, you may want to adjust the amount of water you want to pour into the bowl (this will make it a thicker/thinner soup)
- 5
Top with green onions if using.

My daughter can't eat steaming hot food, so I thought this would be OK for her.I plan to try it out with different kinds of ramen. If you add the whole soup packet, it will be too salty. I used shio (salt-flavored) ramen. If you use 200 ml of water, the noodles will be very plump, and if you use 250 ml the finished dish will be soupy. Please adjust the amount of water to your liking. For 1 serving. Recipe by Supikaka cookpad.japan -
