Satsuma bundt cake: fat- and glutenfree

I remaid this cake and this time I did not burn it . It is wonderfully moist you do not miss the fat. found this recipy in a supermarket magazine. (I cannot give you a photo of the end result because I burned it, my oven is not the most trustfull.😜 )
I ate the not burned bits and it was nice very moist not to sweet.
