Satsuma bundt cake: fat- and glutenfree

I remaid this cake and this time I did not burn it . It is wonderfully moist you do not miss the fat. found this recipy in a supermarket magazine. (I cannot give you a photo of the end result because I burned it, my oven is not the most trustfull.😜 )
I ate the not burned bits and it was nice very moist not to sweet.

Ingredients

  1. 5satsumas
  2. 200 grsugar
  3. 8eggs
  4. 400 gralmond flour
  5. 1 tbbaking powder
  6. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the satsumas in a pot cover with water. Cook for 2 hours with the lid on.Cool for 1 h

    Put the satsumas in a blender or puree them with a mixer.

    In a large bowl. Put the puree, the sugar, the eggs and the baking powder. Mix

    Put in the flour

  5. 5

    Grease the tin. Put in the cake batter

  6. 6

    Bake in a preheated oven 170°C for about 45 min. Cover with alu foil after 15 min. Cool and serve
