One of my favorite gravy's to serve over biscuits and potatoes and pretty much anything 😊

In a large on medium high heat fry the hamburger til no longer pink. Drain most but not all of grease (leave bout 2Tablespoons). Sprinkle the flour all over the hamburger in pan. Coat meat well. Turn heat down to medium low. Pour bout a 1 cup milk or cream into pan. Stir to combine leaving no lumps. Add salt and black pepper stir well. Add rest of milk. Stirring constantly cook til gravy has thickened. If to thick add a little bit more milk and stir til desired consistency.

Taste check to your liking then serve immediately and enjoy 😋
***Note***
I love serving this over toast or biscuits with over easy dippy eggs for a hearty filling breakfast
