In A Pot,Add Oil,Black Cardamom,Black Peppercorn,Cinnamon Stick,Bay Leaf,Cloves Saute For 30-40 Seconds.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well and Cook on low flame for 1-2 mins.

Now Add Goat Trotters and Mutton Mix well Cook On Medium Flame achay sa Bhonai karen gey takay smell Khatam ho jay.

Now Add Red Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder,Salt & Some water mix well and Cook On Medium Flame Until Oil Separates.

Add Onion Paste mix well And Cook until Onion water is dry.

Add Water,Mix well and Bring It to Boil.

Cover and Cook For At least 4-5 Hours and Keep Stirring In Between.

When Mutton Is Tender Takeout and Set aside.
(Add Mutton in the last When Mutton Trotters Is Ready). - 9
Mutton Trotters Is ready.

Serve Mutton Trotters and Garnish With Green Chillies,Fresh Coriander.
