Teriyaki chicken served on Parmesan pasta

We were looking for a different way to fix chicken then we normally do. We tried this from an indoor grill recipe book, tweaked a little and it was delicious.

Steps
- 1
In a small square Tupperware dish (6x6 ish) whisk all the spices above together.
- 2
Lay chicken breast into marinade, flip them so you cover both sides. Cover dish and place in fridge.
- 3
After an hour flip the breast again. Let them sit in marinade for a total of 2 hours minimum.
- 4
Turn grill on high (375 if you have temp settings). Let grill heat to temp set or wait 15 mins for heat to build if you can’t choose the temp.
- 5
If you have a grill that grills both sides simultaneously, put chicken in for approximately 6 mins. If your grill only hears from the bottom, flip chicken after 3 mins. Internal meat temp should be 170 degrees for chicken. If you cook chicken a lot, you may be able to determine it is done by pressing it with a fork. Raw chicken and chicken cooked to safe temp have a very different feel.
