This is a collar part of Maguro tuna. And this is so big and the bone is so hard I couldn’t cut. But delicious and oily.

Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, sliced onion and herbs. Roast it in 200℃ preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Eat with soy sauce or your favorite sauce.
