  2. 6large garlic cloves
  3. 2 tablespoonsfrozen chopped parsley
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  6. 1 pinchCyprus black salt in a grinder
  7. 1 pinchfrozen chopped parsley for garnish

    Remove any feathers from the wings, wash, drain, and cut in half.

    Add salt and mix well.

    Peel the garlic, crush it with a garlic press, and add.

    Add the oil and parsley, mix, and coat well.

    Cover with plastic wrap or place in a container with a lid, and refrigerate for as long as possible. I prepared them before lunch, so I let them marinate for about 8 hours.

    Place in the air fryer basket, and set to 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. Turn over and set to 400°F (200°C) with air circulation for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown (times may vary depending on the air fryer).
