Steps

Boil the water in a bowl. Then add florets with salt & turmeric powder in it. After 1 minute, drain the water & put the florets in cold water. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai & add whole garam masala. Then fry Cauliflower (florets) & green peas for 5 minutes in medium to high flame.

Then add ginger paste,cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli paste, curd & cashew paste. Fry it well.when oil separates from masala, then add salt, sugar & warm water. Cover & Cook it for 10 minutes. Add garam masala & ghee. Switch off the flame. Rest it for 10 minutes. Now Roasted Cauliflower is ready to be serve. Serve it with Polau, Jeera rice,Paratha or Luchi.
