Steps

Boil potatoes and wash poha by Lukewarm water then peel potato and mash it

Mix poha,salt,saunf,hing, coriander leaves,red chilli,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste then mix properly

Make small balls of this dough in your favourite shape

Heat oil and deep fry
- 5
Sprinkle chaat masala over balls
- 6
Make sauce of your choice dhaniya chutney,tomato chutney,tomato sauce etc
