Super Easy Crepe California Rolls

I couldn't get California rolls out of my head, so I came up with my own version.
If you're not good at making crepes, try adding a bit of katakuriko (as you do with kinshi tamago). Just make sure they're cooked through. Only cook one side and they're ready when the edges start to curl.

Steps
- 1
Make the crepes. For a clean look, cook only one side. Cut each crepe in half and fold 1 cm of the cut edges.
- 2
Put cream cheese, avocado, and salmon on one half, and cream cheese, avocado, and tarako on the other half, as shown in the photo.
- 3
Fold the other side of the crepe over the ingredients, roll them up, sprinkle on sesame seeds, and you're done!
