Ingredients

1 1/2 hour
6 people
  1. 1 kgchicken leg piece
  2. 2 tbspvinegar
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsphaldi
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspcoriander
  9. 2 tsplemon juice
  10. 1/2 tspyellow colour
  11. cooking oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Dip chicken in water also salt and 2 spoon vinegar in it.let it for 30 min.

    In yogurt add all masalas and lemon juice and vinegar.

    Dry chicken with paper towel and do cuts on all pieces

    Fry it for 5 min

    Let it cool

  6. 6

    Put water in steamer

  7. 7

    Marinate whole chicken with already prepared yogurt masala

  8. 8

    Then steam the chicken for about 40 min

  9. 9

    Serve it with salad and chutney
