This is a layered pudding dessert with a delicious crust!
Cooking Instructions

Oreo Layer:
Crush Oreos or use a food processor, then combine Oreos with melted butter.
Spread into the bottom of a 9×13 in pan or two 8×8 in pans (1/2 in each). Press firmly, making sure Oreos reach all the way to the edges. - 2
Cream Cheese Layer:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla, and 8 oz whipped topping. Beat until smooth.
Spread mixture carefully over Oreo crust, and smooth the top. - 3
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
Whisk together chocolate pudding mixes and 3 cups milk until smooth.
Pour over cream cheese layer, and spread to the edges. - 4
Whipped Topping Layer:
Top the pudding with the 8 oz (the remaining) whipped topping and carefully spread to the edges. Smooth the top.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over whipped topping layer. - 5
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or until set.
