  • Palm oil
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onions
  • Cray fish
  • Egg

  1. 1

    Blend the beans together with the Scotch bonnet, onions and cray fish.

    Add the palm oil, vegetable oil, seasoning, spices and little oil. It should be a little bit thick.

  3. 3

    Put in the mixture in the moimoi pouch together with the egg

    Boil in little water and ensure it's covered
