Cooking Instructions

Soak the oats in water for 10 minutes. If you have digestive issues like indigestion or bloating, soak the oats for 4 to 5 hours.

Soak any dry nuts, 10 to 15 pieces, in water for 10 minutes. Then rinse the oats with water and drain using a sieve. Drain the cashews or almonds as well.

In a blender jar, add the oats, flax seeds, almonds or cashews, and one or two seasonal fruits cut into small pieces. I used half a banana and half an apple. Add the cinnamon powder and half a cup of water. Chop the dates into small pieces and blend everything. Add the cocoa powder as well.

Pour into serving glasses and serve. You can garnish with chocolate chips or small pieces of dates. Ice can be added during summer.
