  1. 1whole pineapple
  2. 2 inchfresh ginger
  3. 2 cupswater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the pineapple & ginger. Cut them into chunks.

    Place the chunks in a blender & add water. Blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Seive the juice, place in a bottle/jug (makes slightly more than a litre) & refrigerate.

    Best served chilled. Enjoy
