In a small kadai over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add more milk depending on desired consistency. Lastly add the grated cheese and mix well. Cheesy white sauce is ready.

In another kadai, heat olive oil and stir fry the broccoli florets, onion dices and red capsicum dices for a while. Add pinch of salt. Transfer these stir fry veggies to the white sauce.

Also add the boiled macaroni pasta. Mix well. Cook for a minute. Sprinkle the mix herbs.

Transfer to a serving plate.
