  • 250 gmgolden brown rice
  • 500 mlwater
  • as required Vegetables Onion, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower,
  • as per taste Salt, red chilli powder, black pepper,
  • 1tej patta powder
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Please fry all vegetables in pressure cooker with zeera, hing.

  2. 2

    Please cut all vegetables.

  3. 3

    Please add tej patta powder, salt, red chilli powder.

  4. 4

    After 5 minute please add rice and water. Mix well, close pressure cooker for 8 to 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    After 15 minutes, serve hot mix veg pulao.
