Cook pasta as mentioned in the pack. Elbow pasta is the best, but I'm sharing a penne pasta. After cooking the penne pasta cut into small pieces as it will be easy while you have your soup

Cook tomatoes and make a puree.

Heat a pan add butter, whole wheat flour, slightly fry do not burn add tomato puree, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper powder, water and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Add cooked pasta, chopped coriander leaves boil for 1 more minute.

Add some salt and pepper according to your taste and serve. Today I'm serving this soup with Semolina homemade bread.
