  • 1 cupzucchini slices
  • 100 grmsgrated cheese
  • 1 cupmashed aloo
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cuppumpy puree
  • 1 cupboiled chana dal
  • 2 tbsoil,
  • 1tsp cumin
  • ,2tbsp kaju,
  • ,2tbspcoconut paste
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1tsp ginger,
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tspchilli powder,
  • 1tsp turmeric,
  • 1tsp salt

    Take a bowl put aloo,add spices,cheese mix well

  2. 2

    Take each zucchini slice apply aloo mixture roll it place in baked tray

  3. 3

    Prepare all rolls place in oven set temperature for 5 t08 mins under 120degree

  4. 4

    Then heat a pan add oil or butter put onion paste fry well

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste fry well until it becomes rawness left

  6. 6

    Then add whole spices mix well then add coconut,kaju paste

  7. 7

    Mix well add water as required keep boil add salt, turmeric,chilli powder mix well althose

  8. 8

    Once gravy should be thick then turn off pour gravy on it place baked rolls on it

  9. 9

    Ready to serve along with roti and cutlets lunchbox recipe is ready
