3eggs
1 cupcaster sugar
1 cupbrown sugar
1 cupflour
3/4 cupcocoa powder
1 tspsalt
1 tbspcoffee dissolved in water
1 tbspvanilla essence
1 cupmelted butter
1 cupchopped chocolate

In a bowl beat together eggs and both kinds of sugars

Add in melted butter and keep on beating until well incorporated

Now add coffee and vanilla essence to the mixture. Mix well

In a bowl combine together flour and cocoa powder and sift it well

Now add in flour and cocoa powder. Keep on whisking until everything is settled.

Now use a spatula to fold. Do not use whisk from now on. Add in chocolate chunks and keep folding

Line a 8x8 baking tray with parchment paper. Pour over all the batter in the pan

Bake it at 180°C for 40 minutes or until centre is a bit dense and top is flaky
