Grind pistachios and powder it.make elaichi powder

Heat a pan put ghee,add milk and stir,then slowly add milk powder in small portions and stir continuously then add sugar and mix till smooth mixture.

Then add desiccated coconut,add elaichi powder.cook the mixture till it looks like thick consistency to set.

Turn off the flame.Dividethe mixture into three parts.Add in one part pista powder,little green colour and mix.put in a desired shape mould and allow to set in fridge for few hours.

Take another part add kesar and orange food colour,and give shape.And the third part to remain white.
