Peel, wash and grate the yam In a grater, put into a bowl and keep aside

Wash the onions and scotch bonnet sliced and grind respectively add in the yam

Break the eggs into yam add the fish floss,seasoning, salt and Curry, whisk very well till it's well combined

In a pan add veg oil and heat it up, using a round spoon scoop the yam mixture into the oil, deep fry until golden brown, serve for breakfast👌
