2potatoes finely chopped
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
3eggs
3 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
3,4 tbspcream
As required Oil
As required cheese
As per taste salt
1/2 tspRed chili flakes
1 tspRed chili powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1green chili chopped
Garnish
Red chili flakes
Mixed Italian herbs

Steps

20,30 minutes

Add the chopped potatoes in heated oil n sprinkle some salt..
Cover n let it cook till potatoes soften..

When potatoes soften add chopped onion n let them saute furthermore add in tomato n let it soften..

Add in all above-mentioned spices in eggs,2tbsp cheese, coriander leaves n cream
Mix well

Now pour egg mixture
Cover n let it cook on low flame.. when its sets add green chilies..some more cheese n cover it again so cheese melt also added some cream to make it more creamy. Once done sprinkle some chili flakes n mixed Italian herbs..

Serve it hot with paratha..
