You know I like easy to make the dish and this is absolutely easy to make. And believe me, it’s so delicious. 🤤

First of all, wash the capsicums, cut the tops off and remove all the seeds. 🚿
Cut the onion and tomatoes. (I did cube-shaped)🔪
In a large bowl, combine mince, white rice, olive oil, tomatoes, other spices, and mix thoroughly. 🥣
Fill the capsicums with the mixture. And please note that don’t fill too much. (As the rice will expand as it cooks.)

Place them in the saucepan and add the mixture that includes hot water and tomato paste. (You can put the liquid so that it reaches half of the capsicums.) 🙌
Cook until the capsicums are soft and the rice is cooked through. (I added garlic and tomato to the tops of the capsicums, they look nice 👍)
After capsicums are ready, I put them in the preheated oven until they are a little burned. 🍽
