  1. 1 packetvermicelli
  2. 1/2 kgmilk
  3. 10-12cashews
  4. 8-9raisins
  5. 3Green cardamom
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk after boiling keep it aside

    Now take a pan add one tbsp ghee now add all the dry fruits and fry it for a while.

    Now add vermicelli and roast it till golden brown.

    Now add boil milk and stir it continuously.

  5. 5

    Cook over a medium flame for 5-6mins

  6. 6

    Now add sugar and mix it well.cook it on a low flame for 5mins

  7. 7

    Now garnish it with dryfruits and the kheer is ready to eat.
