Chocolate chip cookies

Been trying to come up with a simple recipe and these came out just perfect. I used the same recipe for coconut cookies, replaced vanilla essence with coconut essence and chocolate chips with coconut shavings.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Inspired by https://www.thekitchenmagpie.com/thick-chewy-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies/ with substitutes and reductionsThe original recipe calls for 120g of peanut butter, but I used 147g because I had extra and it turned out great. I like using chunky peanut butter for an extra nutty crunch.I find that using small chocolate chips is better for folding so I used a mixture of normal dark chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips (Laura Secord chocolate chips)I used a small ice cream scoop to help keep the dome shape of the cookie. Eggless chocolate chips cookies Eggless chocolate chips cookies
#HealthyJunior. Kids are chocoholic, so try this chocolaty, healthy cookies made with wheat flour, cocoa powder and choco chips. These chocolate chips cookies are so fudgy that a tall glass of cold milk and cookies taste delicious especially, when they are served hot from the oven. The extra long chill gives the dough a chance to hydrate fully and firm up, which yields more uniformly baked cookies, with the perfect amount of crunch around the edges and chew in the center. aaichisavali -
