Eggless chocolate chips cookies

These chocolate chips cookies are so fudgy that a tall glass of cold milk and cookies taste delicious especially, when they are served hot from the oven. The extra long chill gives the dough a chance to hydrate fully and firm up, which yields more uniformly baked cookies, with the perfect amount of crunch around the edges and chew in the center.

Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix it well and keep aside.

In another bowl, take room temperature butter and whip butter till smooth and creamy and add granulated white and brown sugar and mix it very well, add milk and vanilla essence to the butter, sugar mixture and whip again till mix all well.

Now, take dry ingredients bowl and add butter mixture and mix well and make a dough, add choco chips and mix well and over with cling wrap and freeze for about 20 to 25 Minutes.

Take out dough from freeze and with the help of spoon or scoop make equal small balls, roll it with your palms.

Place rolled dough balls on baking tray and spread some butter or oil over aluminum foil.

Bake at preheated oven on 180 degree celcius (356 F) for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.

Here, gooey, chocolaty, delicious chocolate chips cookies are ready to serve, serve with the glass of milk.
