Ingredients

10 mins
2 people
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened khoya or milk powder
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (you can use powder form or I had grated dry coconut I have added that)
  • 1/2 cup sugar...(if you prefer your sweet to be more sweet than add more sugar)
  • 2Elaichi crushed and few kesar strands
  • 7-8pista crushed

    In a pan add half cup of milk...boil it for few mins add 2 Elaichi crushed and few kesar strands

  2. 2

    Add half cup unsweetened khoya or milk powder and half cup of desiccated coconut (you can use powder form or I had grated dry coconut I have added that) and mix everything well on low flame

  3. 3

    After 2-3 mins add 1/2 cup sugar...if you prefer your sweet to be more sweet than add more...and mix all well till it leave the sides of the pan

  4. 4

    Crush 7-8 pista and let the above mixture cool down completely...then roll the ladoo in round shape and dip in pista and serve
