Adrak ki sabzi

First of all properly wash and dry the ginger.

Peel the ginger and cut them into small julien like pieces. Spread it flat in a tray.

In a kadai heat ghee, add all the chopped adrak and the spices. Mix together everything.

Cover the kadai with lid and let the adrak become little soft.

Adrak ki sabji is ready to be enjoyed with paratha, roti, pulav etc.
