Heat oil in a pan, then Add cumin seeds to crackle, then add ginger green chilli paste and all dry spices and soute for few seconds on low flame.

Add tomato puree and mix well and saute till oil leaves from tomato puree, then add green peas and salt and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add one cup of water and cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves Matar ka jhol is ready to eat. Serve with aloo paratha, Poori and roti.
