Steps

Sieve your flour into a bowl with your sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder&baking soda.make sure you mix well

Add your buttermilk to the mixture & mix well

Add hot water and the melted butter

Mix till its well incorporated add your chocolate flavour, add your egg one after the other & mix well, you will have a watery consistency

Add the brownie& golden syrup this is optional though.bake welk in preheated oven
