Pour 2 tbsp oil to a pan and heat it. To. That add cumin seeds and let it cracker follow it add ginger garlic paste and onion to it.

Saute it for 3 min till the onions becomes transparent.
Then add cut potatoes to it. Fry for 2 to 3 min. When potatoes are half cooked, then add cauliflower and stir it for 3 minutes. Then add turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, chilli powder and coriander powder. - 3
Mix all it well and let it cool till the cauliflower and potatoes get soften.
Served it in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy with your family with chapattis or Parathas
