Ingredients

  • 250 gmpalak
  • 1.5 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspChilli,ginger, garlic paste
  • as per taste Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, til
  • 1 cupOil
  • 3 tbspWater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take palak wash it and grind it with 2 tbsp water to make paste in mixture.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add wheat flour, palak puree, all masalas,chill-ginger-garlic paste,, ajwain, til, 2 tbsp oil, 1tbsp water and mix it well.

    Now take a ball and make Paratha. Add it on tawa and fry with 1 tbsp oil. Palak Paratha is ready.
